This issue of your favourite
journal comes with a new utility. From now onwards you could
post your comments or reviews on any article by clicking at the
''respond to this article'' link. We hope this would foster
better interaction between the author and the reader.
The world has been discussing
about open peer-review of articles/papers published. We are now
leading the lot by introducing it in our journal. We are not
really implementing a rigorous peer review, but enhancing the
quality and informativeness of each article through our new
utility.
This utility comes in addition
to the HUMANCLONING
interactive which had been functioning for quite some
time.This utility would continue functioning and serve as the
warehouse of new ideas and information.
